which program is right for you?

​At Never Say Never Foundation, we offer two types of Equine-Assisted Activities (EAA), allowing families and support agencies to choose the experience that best meets each participant's interests and needs.

Individual Sessions
Best for participants who benefit from one-on-one support and a personalized experience.
Participants may:
  • Groom horses
  • Meet farm animals
  • Practice basic horse and farm skills
  • Build confidence at their own pace
  • Enjoy individualized activities based on their interests

Stable skills

​Small Group Program
Best for participants who enjoy learning alongside others in a supportive environment.
Participants work together to:
  • Groom horses
  • Feed and care for farm animals
  • Learn daily barn routines
  • Practice teamwork and communication
  • Build confidence through hands-on farm responsibilities
Small groups create opportunities to develop social skills while enjoying meaningful experiences with horses and other animals.

referring through an agency?

Support Coordinators, Care Managers, Schools, and Community Agencies
We welcome referrals from OPWDD agencies, schools, and community organizations. Participants may enroll individually or through an agency, depending on funding and program availability.
Stable Skills group sessions can also be scheduled for community agencies.

​Our Foundation programs are designed for children, teens, and adults with diverse abilities who enjoy animals and would benefit from a welcoming, structured farm environment.

how it works

1. Submit an ApplicationComplete our Participant Application so we can learn more about the participant, their interests, support needs, and any important information that will help us create a safe, successful experience.

2. We'll Connect With YouOnce we receive your application, we'll reach out to answer questions, discuss your goals, and help determine whether Barn Buddies or Stable Skills is the best fit.

3. Schedule Your First VisitIf space is available, we'll schedule your participant to begin in an upcoming session. If a program is currently full, we'll discuss upcoming openings or add you to our waiting list.

4. Enjoy the Experience!Participants begin building confidence, learning practical farm and stable skills, and creating meaningful connections with horses, animals, instructors, volunteers, and one another in a welcoming, supportive environment.

pricing & payment

We strive to keep our programs affordable while providing high-quality, individualized experiences for every participant.
Barn Buddies
Individual, one-on-one program
$300 per participant for a 6-week session
Stable Skills
Small-group program
$320 per participant for an 8-week session
Payment is due on or before the first day of each session unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
We proudly accept:
  • Self-Pay
  • Self-Direction funding (where applicable)
Participants receiving services through a support agency may also be eligible for third-party billing. A $50 administrative fee applies to third-party billing. Agencies must submit a completed Agency Authorization Form before the participant's first session.
